B2B dealer ordering portal

Dealers order with their own prices, discounts and credit limits, and check their account statements and order status themselves.

The problem

Dealer orders arrive by phone, WhatsApp and email; the sales team spends a large part of the day keying them in and answering "where's my order?" and "what's my balance?". Dealer-specific prices and discounts live in people's memories, and invoices issued at the wrong price get corrected afterwards. When the working day ends, so does order taking.

What we do

We build an ordering portal where each dealer signs in with their own account. Price lists, discounts, campaigns and credit limits come from your ERP; a dealer sees only the terms defined for them. Orders go straight into the ERP, and approval rules such as an exceeded credit limit or an overdue balance work the way you set them. Dealers see their own account statement, invoices and order status; your sales reps can place orders on a dealer's behalf in the field. We keep the portal simple enough that dealers actually use it — an unused portal doesn't reduce phone traffic.

How we work

  1. Discovery call

We listen to your business, your goals and where things stand today, and gather what we need for a quote.

  2. Written quote

We put the scope, timeline and price in writing. If something out of scope comes up, we talk first.

  3. Build

We show progress at short intervals and move ahead with your approval at every step.

  4. Measure and support

After launch we measure the results, report on them and keep improving.

Frequently asked questions

Our dealers aren't comfortable with technology — will they use it?

The portal's success depends on exactly that, so we keep screens few and steps short. During the transition phone and WhatsApp orders continue, and the load shifts to the portal as dealers get used to it. We measure usage and fix the steps where dealers get stuck.

How is this different from buying a ready-made B2B package?

Ready-made packages usually come built around a particular ERP and their own business rules. If your discount structure, approval process or ERP doesn't fit the package, custom development makes sense; if it fits, we won't hesitate to recommend the package.

Let's talk about this service.

A short call is enough to pin down the scope and timeline.
